- Job Purpose: To plan and to lead all sales activities in the Italian market in accordance with instructions and guidance from the headquarters. Furthermore to maintain the company's working practices, sales recording and sales databases. To record and manage the Italian sales and purchasing budgets, marketing and infrastructure. To manage all Italian sales staff (employees and agents) and to work in an own sales territory. The task is to develop our sales organization in Italy further. Job Competencies, Skills and Experiences: Requirements: • Technical background/work experience in metalworking • Know-how in the market for power tools (pneumatic, electric) and/or welding machines • Know How in selling direct to professional end-users, resellers and wholesale • Working experience as a Sales Manager • Education / degree business-administration, resp. commercial knowledge • English fluent spoken and written, if possible German as well • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office
